Your vehicle is only expected to be driven a few miles from pick-up; however, at busier periods your vehicle could travel up to a maximum of 7 miles.

No. For any commercial vehicle bookings you will need to call in advance to check we have space at that time for larger vehicles at an extra charge.

We do not offer refunds, a credit note may be issued if cancelled 48 hours in advance… we only take cash payments on arrival.

Drivers will have a portable card machine where you can tap to pay contactless or use your card…

You will be met at the designated Drop Off & Pick Up area at the airport.

The handover process usually takes just 2–3 minutes…

Once you have landed… simply call us and your vehicle will be returned to the same location.

We monitor return times… your car will still be returned when you land—just call us as normal.

Your vehicle may be moved within our secure compound or between nearby secure sites during busy periods.
